1. Service description
CommissionOps provides software to sync HubSpot closed-won deal data, calculate commissions, and present line-by-line payout explanations for sales teams.
2. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and are responsible for the accuracy of commission configuration, source data, and payroll decisions made from outputs generated by your workspace.
3. Data ownership
You retain ownership of your workspace data. CommissionOps processes data on your behalf to deliver the service.
4. Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on the plan shown at purchase. Additional billing and refund terms may be updated when billing automation launches.
5. Limitation of liability
CommissionOps is not a legal or payroll advisor and is not liable for disputes between employers and employees regarding compensation, plan interpretation, or payout policy.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate service access. After termination, data export remains available for 30 days, after which data may be deleted according to retention rules.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law and applicable EU law.
